We design and build websites, web apps, and AI that keep working.
Kodamatics is a software studio run by a professional engineer. Fixed scope and quote up front, working software in weeks, maintenance after launch. And you watch it all happen in your own client portal.

Services
What we build.
Four shapes cover most projects, end to end: design, build, deploy, maintain. If yours doesn't fit any of them, the form at the bottom still works.
Product sites, landing pages, link hubs
Websites
Marketing sites and landing pages that load fast, read clearly, and route people to the thing you sell. Static where possible, so they stay fast and cheap to run.
Client portals, admin consoles, MVPs
Web apps and platforms
Portals, dashboards, internal tools, and first versions of products. Typed code, real APIs, automated tests, and a proper deployment from day one.
Assistants, pipelines, API integrations
AI features and automation
Assistants, content pipelines, and integrations that remove busywork from how you already operate. Built with modern AI tooling, reviewed and tested by an engineer, always.
Fan sites, event builds, stream tools
Creator and community software
Fan sites, event builds, stream tools, bots. The niche we grew up in, with its own page and its own rules: platform terms respected, no scraped data.
Process
How we work.
- Scoped and quoted up front.
- You describe the goal, we come back with a written scope, a fixed price, and a timeline in weeks, with out-of-scope stated plainly. A small scope shipped fast beats a big scope shipped never.
- Engineer-grade.
- Run by a professional software engineer with years of industry experience. Typed code, accessibility, automated checks, real deploys. Modern AI tooling where it makes us faster, reviewed by a human always.
- Built responsibly.
- No dark patterns, no scraped personal data, platform terms respected, honest claims only. If your product touches a community, it gets treated like one.
- Still here next month.
- Side-project tools die when their builder gets busy. Everything we ship can come with maintenance: monitoring, breakage fixes, and a human who answers when something goes wrong at the worst time.
FAQ
Before you ask.
- Who owns what you build?
- You do. The code lives in a repo you control, the accounts are yours, and nothing we ship locks you into us. If we part ways, everything keeps working and any developer can pick it up.
- What happens after launch?
- Your call. Some projects are hand-over-and-done. Most stay on maintenance: monitoring, breakage fixes, small changes, and a human who answers. Either way, you are never stuck.
- How does pricing work?
- You describe the thing, we come back with a fixed quote: what it takes, how long, what it costs. Most projects start around $2,500. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.
- Do you build with AI?
- Yes, openly. AI tooling makes us faster at the parts it is good at; an engineer scopes, reviews, and tests everything before it ships. You get typed, tested code you own, not a pile of generated files.
- Can you rescue something half-built?
- Usually. Half-finished sites, abandoned tools, spreadsheets that grew teeth: we'll tell you straight whether it's a repair or a rebuild, and what each costs.
- We're a creator community. Is this for us?
- Very much. Creator and community software is where Kodamatics started, and it has its own page with the full pitch. See the creator page.
