What this covers

These terms cover your use of this website. They do not govern client work. If we build something for you, that is governed by the proposal and agreement we both sign for that project, and where those documents disagree with this page, those documents win.

Using the site

Read it, share it, link to it. Please do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it for other people, scrape it in a way that degrades it for others, or use the project form to send unsolicited advertising or anything unlawful.

The form has basic abuse protection on it, including rate limiting. Submissions that trip it are discarded without being stored or forwarded.

Contacting us is not a contract

Sending the project form starts a conversation. It does not create an agreement, reserve our time, or oblige either of us to anything. Any prices, timelines, or scope discussed before a signed agreement are estimates and can change once we understand the work properly.

What is ours

The design, code, text, and branding of this site belong to Kodamatics, except where we say otherwise. Work shown as examples belongs to whoever we built it for, under the terms agreed with them.

Names, logos, and trademarks belonging to other people are theirs. Showing them does not mean they endorse us, and it does not mean we are affiliated with them. We are an independent studio and are not connected to any platform or creator we build around.

Accuracy, and what we do not promise

We keep this site truthful and correct it when it is wrong. Work shown anywhere on it is real, shipped or genuinely in progress. We do not publish invented client work, made-up numbers, or mockups presented as builds.

That said, the site is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will be available without interruption, be free of errors, or be suitable for any particular purpose. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice, and you should not treat a marketing page as a specification.

To the extent the law allows, Kodamatics is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Links out

Where we link to someone else's site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what is on it.

Privacy

What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our privacy policy. In short: no cookies, no tracking, and the project form stores what you type so we can reply.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after that means the updated version applies.
